“We just wanted to take the time to let you know how pleased we are with your work on the koi pond. As you know, we originally contracted for this pond in August of 1999 with another contractor who was both unreliable and unprofessional with their workmanship and customer service.
After 3 years of dealing with ongoing leaks, pump and filter problems, we started taking bids (4) to repair and redo the pond. Not only was your bid reasonable but your equipment provided (new filter system and pump) was "top notch" in addition, your service and timely follow-up was excellent.

“I want to personally thank you for the great work you did on our pond retrofit. You really saved the day for us! In desperation I had placed an ad in the newspaper that I had Koi for sale. That's when I met the gentlemen from Oh So Koi. Not only were they able to tell me a lot about my fish, but they also told me a lot about my pond. They weren't afraid to tell me the flaws in my pond. I gave then the dollar amount we had and they helped work out an acceptable retrofit. They got the job done lickety split on a budget that fit!
I am more than pleased with our beautiful Koi Pond! My residents are excited and we now spend much more time in our courtyard enjoying our waterfalls. It was a great hit at our Chamber Mixer and we received numerous compliments. The biological system is great and our little turtle friend, Carson, enjoys the nice rocks. “Thank you for helping us build a terrific pond within our limited budget. We had done lots of research on the requirements for a good koi pond, but were uncertain where to get proper supplies or how to best build the pond. Oh So Koi's expert consulting probably saved us from making one or two costly mistakes. We built most of the pond ourselves but Oh So Koi helped with certain things that we were not experienced with such as building a wall, laying the liner in the pond, and installing plumbing and filter. When the pond was finished, Oh So Koi had tons of beautiful koi from which to choose.
Our fish have brought us immeasurable enjoyment over the past year. They grow larger by the day, have real personalities, and are learning to eat from our hands. It's nice to know that whenever we have questions or concerns we can rely on Oh So Koi for answers or housecalls. Thanks for all your help!
