4. You can print a MS Word form  or an  Adobe PDF form, complete and sign, then mail it to us at Oh So Koi, Attn: Internet Sales, 12500 Cherokee Lane, Galt CA 95632.

5. You can phone in your request at 1-209-748-2088 .  We are able to process telephone orders and requests between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm PST, five days a week excluding major holidays. Sorry, but we are not open on Mondays. We will do our best to answer your questions and arrange for prompt processing of your order.

Payment methods we accept

Orders may be pre-paid by Visa,  MasterCard, check or money order.

Shipping

We don't have a minimum order on dry goods . All dry goods orders will be shipped UPS ground unless specified in advance .We don't charge packing fee , you pay what UPS or the specified currier charges.

Koi orders $300 minimum, will be shipped by air cargo on a major airline to the city  of destination. Shipping cost are customer collect ,charges range from $45-$70 per box depending on destination of Airport.
